This is the normal (Gaussian) distribution which was created on tpt before with water by erwins_cat, but mine is with electricity only which made it a bit tricky ;)

the probability for a spark to land in column C of the Nth layer is (N choose C) divided by 2^N, where C starts from zero for the leftmost column

    if you have a level 4 pascals triangle (5 outputs), the chances would be 1 4 6 4 1, which when you scale those is 6.25%, 25%, 37.5%, 25%, 6.25%

the chances for each spot getting the particle are actually proportional to the number in that spot on a pascal's triangle. any number on a pascal's triangle is the number of ways you can get to it. for example if its on the very side theres only one way to go, straight that direction. but if its in the middle there are lots of ways like going half to the side, then back to the middle, going a fourth to the other side, then half to the main side, then a fourth to the other side, etc.
