comes with cooling and control rods. Turning on deco makes seeing neutrons easier. basically the improved version of my RBMK but i was too lazy to build the coolant pipes. plutonium could also work as a fuel.

    btw coolant doesn't shut down because the wifi connected to the shutdown is trying to spark nscn, which doesn't conduct from wifi
