It works mostly but i'll be making frequent improvements (and controls) to make it more functional, advice is appreciated aswell.

    You can Only Insert The Control Rods Fully, Or Extract Them Fully. 1 Day Before the Rods where Freely Movable. You Updated it to Crap so Sorry

    mercury absorbs 100% of neutrons so that for control rods would be perfect, just dont make the control rods impossible to get through for neutrons though.
