Solar Thermal Power Plant by Eauix
This is a type of energy production facility that concentrates a huge area of sunlight into a central tower. The energy it gathers throughout the day is stored as heat in a molten mixture of salts to keep producing electricity even when the sun is out!

The light still doesn't work with Cracker1000's mod v56.6 (at least for me), while it does work with the unmodded game. Because the mod uses a recent development snapshot the issue could be either a change introduced to the game itself or a change in the mod. -

Sorry for the issue with glass on the mirrors, idk why it makes the reflection stop working for some people. it's fixed now -
