So what do you think a heatsink does? It cools the device it's attached to. Every passive heat exchanger is a heatsink.

@username90000 Which effectively makes PTCT it the best static heatsink in the game. If you don't like PTCT then why don't you remove it from your own designs where you use it as a magic heatsink, like in the neutron source of your CONV reactor? We're not stupid you know, I now wonder why I +1 you reactor with that constant negativity of yours.
