yay he is back one of the og's of tpt is back!
-
Ah, that would do it
-
@tessarion: I use TPT version 97.0, and according to save ID: 2979550, photons have a different behavior than version 96.X, where I started to build N.I.F. It was exactly in the mirrors, where I took the longest to adjust the right spot.
-
It's weird, the left-most mirrors still aren't working for me--they just absorb photons instead of directing them to the hohlraum

Mas is back!

@MAS2015 thanks! only I think that your construction is a bit too big. After all, photons can be separated in one such rod, not six, can't it? however, your save is really impressive. I still can not properly learn how to build the simplest reactor, and here it is :/
-
@MrHush: This save is a didactic demonstration, to understand how the N.I.F. real, and like the real, it is still not used to produce commercially usable energy. But it is possible to create a smaller and less detailed model to take advantage of the generated energy.

I got the reaction inside the chamber. but what do i do with it next? there is no high temperature and electricity output, what do i need this giant thing burning hydrogen inside of itself for?
-
mirrors work fine

pretty N.I.F.ty fusion reactor
