    My guess is Dooperwt is finding associations in completely irrelevant things. Dooperwt seems to have an unhealthy obsession with whatever conspiracy madness this be. Albeit Dooperwt has no idea the answer is an eight-pointed star within an octagon, symbolizing China's ownership of the World Wide Web and the CIA's association with communism. Regardless, Dooperwt needs mental help and he is incapable of solving whatever this be while going totally schizo.
