All quarks decay at some point, and one good example of this is tritium (T), or Hydrogen-3 (H³), decaying into Helium-3 (He³).

H-3 has a half life of 12.3 years. There is still 25% H-3 remaining after 24.6 years. And after 36.9 years remains 12.5% and so on. Btw, the electron which released by the beta decaying of H-3 can hardly get catched by the atomic nucleus, beacause it's so energetic and just fly away.
