    i am not sure about this , my correct ups charges only while its on since it requires an transfarmor and a rectifier

    You should make it so you can charge it without having to turn it on and making it discharge at the same time

    now battery is precharged so you don't have to wait hours for it to charge

    have you turned on the switch?,the ups charges but at a slow rate
