a combustion engine with a salt water loop and a faster fire rate, tell me what else to add, dev notes, increased the fire rate higher, i think. will be adding larger gas tank. finally added a larger tank

use nitr as fuel, make the loading chamber vertical, use fans instead of vents and never use mufflers
