Not QSERF, It's second ever dark matter reactor built in Dark Matter Research Facility to see it's economical feasability. To start up the reactor, turn on everything except for p.vent. To shut it down, turn on p.vent then shut down all PLs and wait.

if you put fire on the gravitational lasers it turns blue (may require some trys and some wait time) -

Good to know, do NOT explode the heat exchangers using the destroy tool. It pretty much begins the meltdown sequence. -
