  once companies are getting close to creating a functioning prototype of the weapon begin a bid (auction?) on who will create the strongest S.A.P.P weapon just to encourage them more

  launch nukes towards india as well, but not to the nuke defences, to the nukes they are sending to china, try and make them diffuse and fall to the ground and not detonate in midair if it will

  call usa and nato for help against india , start researching anti nuke systems, make anti-radiation armor and rescue the survivors if there is any, make bunkers in the provinces that haven't been nuked
