    the cooling tower ice thing should be removed, it just clogs the pipe and causes total water loss

    it turns out that the cooling tower's cooling loop is flawed in that it does not effectively circulate water (as it should), i have offered a simple, temporary solution at ID:2870887 if you wish to take a look
