Second successful super-heav launch system after Saturn V, Energia would carry its ~100ton payload on its side, as the design was centered on launching the Buran spaceplane. Sadly, further flight's were cancelled due to country's economic troubles

    @superbantom also engines on the core, so it can work as a standalone system without the plane, kerolox OMS, autonomous flight capability, more launch escape options and entirely different design purpose

    I myself wanted to make an Energia Rocket. HOWEVER I kinda got off track and spend hours creating a Soviet Space program style Enterprise Space Station. +1
