    buy a few drones from 7shot and attach earth Penetrating Scanner (or EPS) to those drones then launch them to the north to look for oil

    @Lilsawblade you just did, you asked, no, there is no instructions page but i'll tell you the basics: You start off with money, you can buy tiles and make/join a company to make money, or you can start a life of crime, there's a lot more you can do but that should the most important stuff.
