but, the amount of NEUT this creates would probably push you back like a rocket engine in your hands, so you might want a GRVT anchor on the ground to deploy the weapon

i feel like this would be more of a handheld weapon, maybe deployable, but deathbeams are meant to be deployed in orbit and take beamed energy from a nearby dyson sphere, so there is a difference
