    Do the same with mining tech as well, and take measures against the supervolcano. In addition to this law system, create a sort of justice system as well, so someone who breaks the law doesn't get killed by soldiers for a minor infraction. Find ways to remove lots of rock with lots of spped as well, as this will make minign more efficient. Search for iron deposits as well.

    Keep a close eye on Panzer in case they try something stupid, and create laws that restric certain religion that involve danger to human life, or go against our laws. Don't abolish them, but don't allow them to do some things if it goes against law basically. Develop armour for soldiers that is more strong and continue forging and smelting tech.
