    start breeding a flying animal to act like messenger pidgeons, and work on diversifying the rodents into 4 main breeds: war, hunting/messenger, work, and a mor general breed, train elite cavalry, start making armor for the mounts(as heavy as they can handle and still be effective), and start reaserching sige engines, and greek-fire like flammabels, send a messenger to the expidition in the wastes for news and a group to go looking for magnetite for compasses

    expand north, continue ongoing and training, begin preparing 3 large colonizing expiditions, begin reaserching silk(spider or worm), poisons from nearby plants, pigments for paint, better tanning techniques for stronger and more waterproof hides, astro-navigation for sea travel, simple gears and pullies for machienery, expand the mines and make labor-saving devices, start sending cartography expiditions across the land and to nearby islands,

Fish for fish in our lake before it freezes, and create thicker clothing to keep out the cold. Set up food stores and employ all unemployed to help with harvesting, fishing, and clothing making. Send the rest with the settlers in the equator as extra help.
