    switch to a settlement life style. send 1000 woman along with 100 men soldiers to the deep jungle to carry wood and stone to out first village. create wooden huts with rock floors. collect clay from the rivers to make pots and plates. create a big building out of non-flamamle materials and put big furnaces inside. use this building to melt ores. create a similar building but this time use it for cooking meat.

    elect the oldest wisdom men of our nation to be our king, he rules everything and everyone, his control passes down to his first child, doesnt matter if its a girl or not. start teaching the parrots we have to sing a song about how "in the hands of the ottomans, death will come quick" and some others how to scream in a human sound and relase them into the wild so the parrots teach the songs to their offspring
