    "Get a better PC" is not an option. Not everyone has an unlimited reserve of money. I get 14 frames on a 3 year old but reliable laptop and that's enough. A better idea is to turn down the graphics. Or just turn off the advanced HUD so you aren't constantly staring at the framerate.

    How about a better pc? I got a pentium and i got 50 fps, how can you lag? Toaster potato?
