    TheJoshGuy: I cannot work on the 2021 statistics until the year ends, otherwise the data won't be complete (I must have a whole year-worth of data to make statistics on that year).

    Emperor_of_Catkind: Maticzpl's answer is correct; you need at least 3 votes, and the time is measured in seconds. Apparently it used to require at least 4 votes, but it got changed to 3 in March/April this year.
