A city inhabited by WAX people. However, since they're made of wax, they technically "freeze" at really hot temperatures! So, they use a system of regulated deuterium reactions to maintain a lovely boiling surface temperature.

YourAverageUser 17th Jun 2021+1, caused a deutrinium leak flooding almost the entire city, then the neut reactor had a burst of neutrons which hit the duet pipelines, and blew the city sky high.
