    CTYPE only saves for some elements.

    ctype saves. Look at the "glitchy lava" uploads. Those used console to change the ctype of lava, and they saved.

    @kqr66: Ctype doesn't save...like AT ALL. Quartz automatically sets the ctype to DUST to grow.
