So basically, we will make a fictional biosphere on a fictional planet starting from designing a planet. Write your ideas in comments and I will pick the best. I will upload save for every stage of species evolution and add your ideas to them.

Ok, I think the planet is ready for having life
-
I will update planet status everytime when something major happens because of life
-
yeah i know about that
-
that's somewhere around the mark, yeah :] consider also that the development of life may cause dramatic changes in the atmosphere, like how photosynthesis evolved on earth and all the plants very quickly (over a couple hundred million years) chewed up all the carbon dioxide. worth thinking about in the long run, but you figure it out as life goes on
-
I increased NH4 from 3% to 6%.
-
also considering atmospherics: your concentrations of inert gases may make respiring life difficult, as you only really have very little ammonia - ammonium? - to work off of (ammonia is *fantastic* as a life precursor as it loves to react with things) and maybe carbon dioxide (which may require sunlight as in photosynthesis - if carbon is common you might be able to get away with using purple retinaldehyde instead of green chlorophyll)
-
what's the primary component in its soil? if the atmosphere is a large part neon, it would suggest an older stellar neighbourhood and perhaps would increase the prevalence of heavy metals and iron in the environment (including radioactive materials, what fun!)
-
..or we can add a sign link to the moon
-
What about we call the planet Bellionre
-
I'm just gonna replace hydrogen with nitrogen and helium with neon
