    1-expand in china/brazil/russia,2-upgrade factories,3-train 70k troops and add them to russia (make them all 100k units),4-make cannons,5-make aircrafts(planes were made in 1815ish),6-invent Tanks/armored vehicles,7-expand the sea land near america/alaska,8-invent bomb(if i already have bombs make small/medium bombs
