Making a nuclear blast in powder toy is going to be difficult. The first thing when a nuclear bomb explodes is a wave of gamma radiation, everthing within line of sight is scortched.. Following that is a fireball like a small sun, also scorching everything. Then the pres wave spreads out in all directions, flattening anything within the blast radius. My suggestion would be to focus on pressure, that's what I tried to do with my uranium-oil bomb. Use ambiant heat to spread heat without particles.
