start digging tunnels to avoid the cold, use the resources gathered to make boats and sea traps (mines that float) start building a nuclear reactor, mine for radioactive materials, start to test out new plane models, make bunkers around the nation, use the sleds to go invards of the snowland and build heavy armoured veichcals, use the mining team with guns to fully conqour the rockland near the capital and drain it from resources, make a military base there -
