Continue to build more factories and begin creating more jobs that aren't just farming - we'll diversify our workforce. Continue development of military ranking and infastructure, build walls around our cities, and train our troops about strategy, communication, and the importance of not being seen. Domesticize any animals nearby that give us a boost in expansion or just generally has a use. -
DragonEggLol 16th Feb 2021Train 200 more troops and send them to the frontier to expand our empire. Further expand, and build more cities along the way. Set up more mines, houses, and farms. Encourage citizens to go to schools for potentially extra pay in jobs (but it doesn't actually give you a benefit XDDDD). Improve our military training camps. Build more water mill machinary to help semi-automate our production. Research better ships with sails and basic steering.

Begin further specializing our cities, and start to streamline the schooling system, if someone can't pass throw them into the mines. Begin building a militiary run police force meant to make sure that the Emperor's will is absolute. Begin working on two decked two masted ships meant for long range travel and transport. Start building schools specialized in training good sailors and commanders of both naval and ground forces. Set up basic field communication without the need for spoken words. -

superbantom 16th Feb 2021create a hollow metal ball with an airtight hatch at the top and large glass pannels on its sides, attach this ball to a long chain and place it on the largest cannoe my nation can create. attach the chain to a whinch system on the large cannoe powered by 10 men and lower the metal ball which will contain a researcher into the parts of the ocean where the lights are seen, lower it to the bottom of the ocean, leave it there for 3 minutes and then pull it up.

superbantom 16th Feb 2021massivly increase agricultural production and distrubute all the excess food to my population. begin using horses to pull ploughs in feilds. train 300 soldiers and split them into 3 groups of 100, each group should also contain 1000 settlers and explorers and plenty of supplies, send each of these three groups to the east to colonise new areas. create propoganda slabs encouraging exponential population growth.

Set up ration system to help the poor and the needy .Arm soldiers with better weapons and machinary and conduct military drills on daily basis. Nationalism is to be popularised along with ideas for globalization.
