    Meawgod:NEUT acts as a protective layer for NBLE against ELEC.When ELEC is generated,it collides with NEUT instead of sparking NBLE.The reaction generates HYGN,whose fusion in return generates more NEUT.Additionally,NBLE instantly turns into CO2 in this system,so only a minor amount of NBLE remains.
