    Here in Finland we have lots of forest areas where you can privately test your own ehm... "High Velocity Rapid Disassembly Devices", or HVRDD:s as i like to call them. Reverse polarity capacitors hooked up to a 64Ah car battery also make for nice fireworks or smoke emitters depending on the type used.
