I decided to make a FRP. If you want to join, comment the save ID of a save with a flag, and faction information. A 3x3 or 5x5 icon of your flag would be a nice thing to add, or I'll make one.

    He COULD set restrictions in the Player-Controlled Events.

    Only the host should determine the outcome. I have experienced the issue first hand where a host participates. It ended with the entire nationwide being eradicated.

    A host provides an unbiased outcome for events. Something things like this need.

    I would not recommend it. It could be exploited by a player to gain an unfair advantage. Such as saying they gain wormhole generation technologies allowing them to instantly open wormholes to any point in the galaxy.
