    This thing even survived my corruption bomb, which basically fills the screen with self-cloning cray. That bomb could even go through wall and the worst thing that happened to this is having its first layer removed.

    anyway, the reason why the sign command is there is to deal with a gpmp-related bug. the alloy is supposed to protect itself using antigravity, so it doesn't have to use void and delete everything on contact

    forthe so if there are multiple layers of conv without tmp, how do i know which one will activate and when

    did you turn on newtonian gravity and enter the command on the sign? if not, yes, it can be very easy to break

    It's not good because the TMP of CONV is set, so it only converts that element. In layered constructs, the CONV only sees the element on the top layer and won't convert any other elements.
