Blanket military tactical and technological updates have been implemented. Robotics technology is being upgraded in AI sophistication to allow for advanced combat operations.

    Continue research into AI, advanced enough that entire tank units can be deployed without a single person inside.. Also build semi-autonomous stealth bomber drones that can fly over foreign airspace undetected and bomb their territory.
