    I research into advanced AI (advanced enough to contorl fleets of tanks in a battle) and initiate a recycling scheme to increase resources. I also develop superstrong polymers like kevlar that can repplace metals.

    Make sure Marriage Equality, Euthanasia, and gambling is completely legal and have all civil rights issues addressed and dealt with. Make sure all peoples are treated equaly, however if its one thing that is to be taught, it is loyalty and pride of the soviet state. Make sure freedom of speech is integrated, however all citizens shall be at least educated and be a valid member of the society.
