The cost of recycling systems to be implaced was materially low as the steel bins were a single time installment and no further manufacturing was needed other than replacements for damaged or stolen bins. Magnets are still unavailable, you need electrical power. Now citizens are able to recirculate resources through refineries and factories. Your resource supply has dramatically improved in conservational ability. -
