Build more mines for minerals such as iron, copper, coal, and anything else we find, then make production centers like steel refineries and forges. This is to tackle our low resources, and with jobs hopefully the wealth issue, and finally prepare us for war. Next, make 10 heavy, large, iron frame ships for naval combat. -
