Every city has been installed with a university, reducing relocation costs for families.     DragonEggLol Armor is becoming gradually obsolete as gunpowder weaponry is being more popularized in international armed forces. It is recommended that you adapt your military equipment to the growing supply of rifles, muskets, canister guns, and cannons. Your ranged infantry are now significantly more mobile with lighter armor. The capital railways are being built but the project will cost you a lot of funding, and will slow down the city development.
