    Build a new city in our 2nd eastern-most land holding. Continue the expansion and impliment a new money unit, the Imperiotos. Extend our normal training from half a month to 8 months and specialized from a year to 1 1/2 years.

    Design a retrofit for our current 2 decker steam ship that has a screw to propel it rather than paddles (I assume it is paddles). Continue the search for all magnetic ores or anything magnetic really. Try to invent the saxtont to aid with naval navigation and to aid our project. Build more secret service academies and make them more specialised into diffrent types, all applicants are to be checked, their background history searched and interviewed.

    Start to reienforce my ships with steel beams inside of the hulls, primaraly on the prow of the ships to make them more capable of ramming and to make them last longer. Start to age the wood on the ships alongside drying to make it stronger and more durable. Build new naval achademies and send our best sailors as teachers to them. Continue our expansion efforts on all fronts. Look into magic to see if we can control the regrowing forest and other uses of it.
