Apparently your entire population is simply unstable due to the growing presence of barbarian power to the East and the lack of activity from the higher ups lately has caused anxiety among many people as to what will be done if an invasion hits the country. Some instigators have been arrested and tried for treason though. Police forces are being strengthened to fight larger crime threats.

    I expand in all directions, hopefully it increases my mana. Nutty, if you want balance, why not just join us? Prepare a naval strike on the cyan barbarian tribe. I want their coast conquered. Then move my 5k troops inland and conquer all the tribes.

    N2H4, I do not recommend attacking the tribes. They have the gods on thier side. I am building them a monument right now to please them, so wait until after that.
