Evidently the climate is the same the further north you go, and the snowlands beyond are considered to be outright uninhabitable if not exceedingly dangerous to even live in proximity to.
-
N2H4 The peninsula is apparently subject to biting winds from the far far north, the snowlands, and with the mountains south of the landmass contributing avalanches and forcing the winds to essentially make a U-turn, your peninsula has become a gigantic freezer with the average air temp low enough to freeze a cup of water left outside for around half an hour.
-
N2H4 One problem has emerged, the peninsula has been found to be unbelievably cold. In a matter of hours after setting up a temporary camp, your colonials returned from a resupply to find that the tents were frozen so solid that they needed a sledgehammer to break off the ice. Also the guard dogs were dead, frostbite and subermsion in a hail of snow. Your colonials only survived because they left promptly to fetch the remaining equipment from an outpost, thus missing the storm that followed.

Umm Russian, Chinese, Indian dialects, all horrifyingly difficult to learn. German, colloquial Spanish, even French, those ones are fairly easy.

Expand into the northwestern abandoned city

I do the same as AVeryBigNurd.

The grammar and writing is what I take

English is one of my highest ones aswell, the language itself is quite easy, speaking atleast. Grammar is horrible but way better than in Estonian or god forbid Russian

Hey, Math is my (second) favorite class!
-
English is the only class I've gotten consistent A's in, I suck at math - it's tedious, boring, and difficult
