    Send 10 steamers on a priority mission to go to the landing spot of our 5000 troops who have perished to look for the ship crew and if they are alive ask them for a debrief (Big forest included). Build a new naval achademy up north where our salors have to go for 1 year (for a total of 2 years, 1 year south one year north) where they will learn the basics of navigation in the northen hemosphere and basic survival.

    After that both classes of ships are to disengage and wipe out the other ships excluding the big ship unless all of the boarders have died on it.

    I order my steamers to go full speed and offload their troops at their landing spots, and my big ships to go and manhandle the dummy thicc ship of the Soviets by boarding it.

    I call to our alliance for help and order our warships to guard our waters 24/7 for any scouting ships. Order a further 20 ships to be built on the southern ports.

    Mobilize our army around the port and set up defences in the nearby cities and port. Have 15000 of our army called to the port to set up fortifications and prepare for war. Train our troops in naval warfare and prepare ammo and supplies for the incoming fleet. Meanwhile, do an emergency draft of 10000 men to go in the army to fight.
