    If the enemy rejects they are to mortar strike the enemy for a hour, continuous and unceasing mortar fire. Once the hour is up they are to engage at distance with their muskets, any enemies that get too close are to be focused first, if the enemy are closer than 20 meters they are to take out their swords and engage in melee combat.

    Once my elite troops spot the enemy in the deset they are to set up camp and rest, once the morning comes they will send out a messenger with a letter: "If you surrender in 2 hours starting from the time this messenger gets back to camp your nation will only be changed slightly and you will be spared, however if you don't only the Emperors light can guide you through the darkness to come."

    Start to build sewers and investigate pumping and reusing water. Once pumping is complete and we can purify water we can replace the aquaducts on our mainland with pipelines and pumps and we can have an effective sewage system. Start to build upwards in our capital more and not spread out, and impliment making bigger and taller building out of reienforced concrete.
