  We accept the demands, as we were going to offer more. The nation will keep a provincial government, me it will have a say in terms of what happens in their land ,and what happens to their people. We continue to offer the same to the other surrounding tribes.

  Figure out gyroscopes and basic oil / gas engines. We are leading the path to the sky then outward to the heavens. Meanwhile, also work on chemistry to create rocket fuels like hydrolox, for proposition of chemical propulsion.

  Umm Civilian transport trucks have been develoepd for public use, however personally owned vehicles are still extremely expensive and are considered luxuries. Your military engineers are working on prototypes for an armored vehicle design for shock blitz offensive engagements. Top vehicular speed is currently 40 miles per hour.

  Umm Refineries are being... refined. Crude oil is being converted into a lesser form of gasoline, this can possibly power a combustion engine with much more power than a steam engine. The new rifle features a capacity of 15 bullets per clip, which can be increased to 20 if necessary. Accuracy has improved and the ballistics involved have given ideas to your aerodynamic project leaders.

  DragonEggLol The new ships are equipped with 6 guns, as new mechanical structures as well as improved steam engine capacities reduce the space available for broadsider cannons, the cannons themselves have also gotten bigger and more complex in design, requiring more space and less crew to operate. 6 full rotational guns are implaced on the Roman destroyer decks. The new plating allows for heavy resistance to low desnity shells.
