    Have our researchers look into faster firing guns and much further range guns to fit into the new "Roman" class. Have 30 of these new "Roman" class built for a total of 40 Roman class ships.

    So the orders now should be: Have our western port city start attacking the Shaggoths and making sure that they do not advance a single step, and have the previous Nital storage brought to use. Have our researchers develop better explosives, safer and smaller but has a lot of explosive power. Meanwhile, have our researchers look into Cryogenics to make liquid oxygen and hydrogen, to pave the way for rocket fuels and other sorts of fuels.

    Have our empire start rebuilding buildings, and reinforcing the new buildings and patching roads, basically rebuild what was destroyed in the war. Void all war orders except for the orders for Cryogenics and the training orders for my troops. Call this period the "Rebuild Era" and have our empire do exactly that, rebuild the economy and treat the wounded.

    Expand south of the capital and east of the lake city into mountain territory, subjugating and integrating mountain tribes into Jessane life and society. Use mountain territory for mining of things like iron, coal, and aluminum to keep up with industrial demand. Increase the efficiency of steel manufacturing.
