Have better microscopes developed to better see smaller objects, such as viruses. Have antibiotics developed and used to combat infections and other bacterial related diseases. Start looking for a cure for many diseases. Have vaccines looked into and develop one for influenza, or other native diseases. -

Start to develop more advanced medical procedures and methods. Order all doctors to wash their hands alongside nurses. Start to develop morphine and other pain reducing drugs and develop a better way to make penicillin. Build larger hospitals in all regional centers scaling with population and build new medical schools both civilian and military. -
DragonEggLol 29th Feb 2020Have all our troops and ships repaired back to the original pre war state and demoblize 100 of our old ships, and have all of our ships plated with steel and iron from now on. Have all of them fitted with large guns capable of range and damage.

Have radio stations set up around our empire to increase range and reliability. Have our basic submarine demos improved on and start looking into plane designs. Continue to decrease the size of the combustion engines and improve thier efficiency.

Have the factories hire less skilled people since machines dont need much skill to operate. Have better roads built and canals installed on the existing waterways. Have an extensive railroad system implemnted into the existing one for better and faster transportation.

Umm 29th Feb 2020Start to use our new combustion engines for the submarines as they won't be as intensive so to say as our steam engines. Develop lighting and continue to look into radios and the increasing of their range and encryption/decryption of all messages. Build large radio towers at all strategic positions with the power to transmit atleast 1000 miles away from their position and to the nearest major radio station.

Umm 29th Feb 2020Order all ships once they have gotten back and landed their troops on our lands to go to the nearest port for a repair and examination. Start to develop a new destroyer class of ship armed with torbedoes and a new submarine class of ships similarly armed with torbedoes. Start to develop batteries and everything needed to make them. Start to demobilize our industry and go back to the pre war position.

Umm 29th Feb 2020Once they get back I want a full briefing of everything that happened that's noteworthy. Build a new archive building in our capital to store all info of everything military that has happened and have security patrol it 24/7.

Umm 29th Feb 2020Order my troops over at Soviet lands to get to the nearest port to them, and send ships to get them and order all military assets to be sent back home, including any broken weapons and ammo.
