    I already researched rocketry (primaraly missles) as well as fission (I think) and MT never commented on it so I assumed the research worked

    Also rockets havent even been researched yet as I am the first nation to build an actual rocket capable of even launching.

    Build 50 aluminum-armored, highly stable ships. Load 2k troops on 2 ships, and send them to Dragon (not dragonjames) to help with the war effort. (Aluminum is actually very strong when refined properly)
