    I also use propaganda to hold my nation together. After the orkish threat is over, I will entice a revolt against my own government and prevent people from stopping it. The goal will be an indirect "democracy" known as United Rome. I will still TECHNICALLY be the Emperor , but I will have a Senate as well.

    100k is a bit overkill Alien. Plus MT there's still a life of light red territory in the South. I also expand into that empty life of land near the peninsula

    Start preparing skilled pilots for the g-forces of human spaceflight or at high speeds. Have an extensive flight preperation for new pilots so that they do not succumb to the high g-forces or low oxygen in high atmoshephric spaces. Have a basic military encyption but also a top secret encryption code with highly computer randomized codes and have only the top officials know how to decode it, and change it once amonth.

    Continue development of microbiology and research microscopes, once that is done start to work on vaccines for the most common illneses in our nation and continue to improve medical hygiene. Start to produce rubber gloves and facemasks to insure our doctors pose as little threat to the patient as possible.
