    Start building ideal rocket launch sites with indivisual warehouses to store the rocket parts. Start improving on our old railroads and the steam trains by developing high speed combustion engine trains that can go up to 100mph. These trains should still have comfort designs. Begin building LARGE wind tunnels to better look at the aerodynamics of a rocket. Build a large airplane bombing run, I want thousands upon thousands of planes swarming the skies and bombing the orks.

    Begin turning the space race into a competition in our own empire, with several privately funded space programs versus our official government one to improve our motivation and space technology, and the winner of the competition will win a large prize and free living for the rest of their lives. Have better coolant developed for our engines to have better performance. Meanwhile, start implementing high speed engines to break the sound barrier.
