    Develop a spray that could be mass sprayed everywhere and is non-toxic to humans but could also kill all bacteria and viruses. This spray should be able to get rid of the Shaggoth's virus. Continue pushing into the Shaggoth's territory with the goal of eliminating them forever (except for a select few in secure places) and disinfect all areas that the Shaggoths' went and spray it all with Nital.

    Have a ship sent to TeddyD's nation with the goal of getting the plague in a sample. Make sure that the crew wears full on suits with the best air filtration and have alchohol (the medical kind) sprayed on thier suits at all times. Make sure that even when they come back, quarantine them and have NO ONE be near them, and BURN the ship that they went on before it comes in the harbor. Have armed groups deliver the sample to the previous built virus containment cells and have researchers study it.

    If the sattelite was launched and the data was gotten, start building 5 more sattelites in the launch sites them be capable to transmit data down to earth. Have mech suites developed, with a lot of armor, machine guns, and full body control with air filtering in case of a gas attack. Develop the "Strike Vehicle", with a tesla coil with batteries on top of a disposable unmanned small car that can be rolled or driven into the enemy. Start designing cameras capable of looking from far distances.

    Begin a upgrade of the current forts and walls by having computer integrated systems in the forts with coded firewalls in the computers and have the walls upgraded by having new support systems built. Start building air military bases in all of the current golden cities. Train our troops in using strategical maps and traps and use the giographical features to our advantage in warfare, and start having common medicine developed.

    Keep the fingerprint regonition on only the elite soilders since they have the real firepower. This should keep our gun manufacturing costs down.
