    I begin to set up a system of marshal laws protecting the rights of all Roman citizens. I also establish a system of marshal laws protecting female citizens of United Rome from harm, but they can do any job they like (except join the military, they are too important to Rome.)

    Continue development of jet aircraft, this includes jet bombers. Continue development of torpedoes and start to develop anti submarine countermeasures aka depth charges and mine launchers. Continue development of both radar and sonar and expand our astronomy sections. Build more farms and food factories. Build a new research center entirely to be used for military research what is to be as secure as possible, and all personel are to stay inside.

    Continue trying to work on the warhulk and getting as much stuff our intact as possible, also try to get samples of the diffrent armoring in it to test and possibly make on our own, if not then just reuse as it should have enough to supply my entire army or specialized units for as long as I can develop such materials myself.

    Examine what fuel the starship engines use, see if we could develop it and or produce it. Continue research of microscopes and commit to the lockdown, we are to call back all of our troops over at Aliens lands, who are to stay at the ork site for a month before being allowed to return home, this is a precaution and is mean to keep our mainland even safter when the naval quarantine kicks in.

    Start training 20000 troops to send to the northern plains to meet up with the other 20000 troops and start prepping for an attack on the Undead.
